The home is for sale through COWBOY REAL ESTATE. When I got the call, I knew the South Forty area, but was surprised when it was a home designed by architect Karen Smuland and one of my good friends. As I photographed, I kept thinking....I've been to some parties here!

I love this job! I got the opportunity to photograph another amazing Breckenridge property yesterday! I think I smiled with each room I walked into....imagining what it would be like to live in a home like this! My kiddos would love the media room and the basement....

Keystone Home for Sale - Elk Crossing Lane

Last week I photographed another beautiful Summit County home - this one at 268 Elk Crossing Lane in Keystone on The River Course. It's really a perfect location, backing up to the Snake River and secluded off the main road. I love this job!

I love photographing babies and weddings, but sometimes after a lot of people photos, I love going into a beautiful home like this and trying to make it look it's best!

Whispering Pines Ranch Home for Sale

I photographed a beautiful home in Whispering Pines this week for Jo and Larry Laird of the Real Estate Group. The home is really beautiful and I was really under pressure as the homeowners are photographers themselves! But they specialize in nature and wildlife photography, so were out of their element here. Just as I was out of my element shooting nature and wildlife in Yellowstone last month!

You can tour the house through this SLIDESHOW. Makes me want to start golfing today! But the 6 foot drift in the back yard would have to melt before I can golf!

Real Estate Photos - Ski in Ski out at Breckenridge!

I had the pleasure of photographing a beautiful home in Breckenridge this week - it was a challenge to photograph, but absolutely beautiful in person and in photos! The home is on the market with Colorado West Real Estate. The home is 4,980 square feet and just off the Four O'clock Run and the Snowflake Chairlift at Breckenridge Ski Area.

The SLIDESHOW shows MOST of the rooms in the house!

But doesn't show this photographer snowshoeing around for hours trying to find a good photo of the back of the house! The mountain drops away from the house, so it's hard to capture the grandeur of the home from the exterior! But these are the kind of jobs we love!

This first exterior shot was taken on snowshoes from a ski run across the valley with a telephoto lens, dodging skiers and snowboarders, and trying to not fall face first on a steep slope below the groomed run!

Blue Sky Lodge - Beautiful New Property In Breckenridge

I had the opportunity to photograph a brand new property in Breckenridge last week, called BLUE SKY. It is beautiful high end construction (built by TCD) right at the base of Peak 8 in Breckenridge, with the SnowFlake Life right out the back door. Here are a few of my favorite images.

I had the opportunity to photograph this beautiful ranch on 36 acres north of Silverthorne, Colorado. It is on the market currently through www.cowboyrealestate.com and I think I want to live there too! We better take some more photos!
